Fulfillment Policy

At We Got Motion Enterprise, Inc., we are committed to providing timely, high-quality, and professional consulting and strategic services to our clients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our services are initiated, delivered, and supported.

1. Service Engagement and Onboarding

Once a formal agreement or service proposal is signed, we initiate our onboarding process. This includes an initial consultation, alignment of goals, and confirmation of the project scope, timeline, and deliverables.

2. Service Delivery Timeline

The delivery schedule is outlined in each agreement based on the nature and complexity of the service. Delays due to incomplete information or missed client approvals may result in adjustments to the timeline. We maintain transparency throughout the process and communicate any changes proactively.

3. Client Collaboration

Successful delivery relies on active collaboration. Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary information or documents

  • Attend scheduled meetings

  • Respond to inquiries or feedback requests within agreed timeframes

4. Adjustments and Scope Changes

We aim to fulfill all services as defined in the original agreement. If additional services are required or the project scope changes, a revised proposal or addendum may be issued with adjusted fees and timelines.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If a client chooses to cancel a project prior to service initiation, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the agreement. Once services have commenced, fees are generally non-refundable, though exceptions may be made at our discretion depending on work completed to date.

6. Non-Delivery Situations

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill the service due to internal or external circumstances, we will notify the client promptly. Alternative solutions may include rescheduling, providing a substitute consultant, or issuing a partial refund.
