Fulfillment Policy

At We Got Motion Holding, Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services in a timely and professional manner. Our fulfillment process is designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and client satisfaction at every stage.
1. Service Delivery
Upon confirmation of a signed agreement or proposal, we will begin the onboarding process which includes initial consultation, project scoping, and timeline alignment. All services are delivered based on the agreed scope of work and timeline provided in the client agreement.
2. Project Timelines
Timelines for deliverables will be clearly outlined in each engagement. While we strive to meet all stated deadlines, timelines may be adjusted if there are delays in receiving necessary information, approvals, or materials from the client.
3. Communication
Clients will receive regular updates throughout the course of the engagement. We maintain open lines of communication via email, scheduled calls, and virtual meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
4. Revisions and Adjustments
If a client requests adjustments within the scope of the original agreement, we will make those revisions accordingly. Any significant changes to the project scope may require a revised agreement and additional costs.
5. Non-Delivery
In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client immediately and provide options including rescheduling, assigning an alternate consultant, or issuing a partial refund depending on the stage of delivery.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, clients are expected to provide timely access to required materials, respond to feedback requests, and participate in key decision-making points throughout the project.
