1. Service Delivery

Our consulting services begin once a formal agreement is signed and project terms are confirmed. Each engagement includes a defined scope of work, timeline, and expected outcomes, which are reviewed and approved by both parties prior to commencement.

2. Timeline and Milestones

All timelines for deliverables are discussed during project onboarding and detailed in the client agreement. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. Any delays caused by missing information or extended approvals from the client may affect final delivery dates.

3. Communication and Progress Updates

We maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings to provide progress updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment throughout the engagement. Clients will be informed promptly of any changes that may impact the delivery schedule.

4. Revisions and Adjustments

We aim to meet expectations through collaborative planning and execution. If adjustments are needed within the agreed scope, we will implement them at no additional charge. Requests outside the original scope will be evaluated and may require a revised agreement and additional fees.

5. Non-Delivery and Cancellations

In the event we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified immediately. We will offer alternative solutions such as revised delivery dates, consultant reassignment, or partial refunds based on the work completed to date.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide access to required data, resources, and decision-makers, and to respond in a timely manner to requests for feedback or approvals. This ensures smooth collaboration and successful fulfillment of services.
